Arsenal fans urge Mikel Arteta to make transfer of Ramsey after Andrea Pirlo makes Juventus decision.

Aaron Ramsey could be on his way out of Juventus just one year after leaving Arsenal on a free transfer

Former Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey is free to find a new club following Andrea Pirlo’s appointment as Juventus manager, just one year after leaving North London

That’s according to the Mirror, who say that the Welshman is surplus to requirements now that the former Juve midfielder is in charge – and midfield is one area he is expected to bolster.

Maurizio Sarri was sacked as coach of the Serie A champions following their Champions League Round of 16 loss to Lyon few days ago.

Ramsey started just 11 league matches under Sarri last season, but with his wages reportedly as high as £250,000-a-week, Juventus are now looking to offload the ex-Arsenal Player.

The 29-year-old ended his 11-year contract with Arsenal at the end of the 2018/19 season and signed a four-year deal in Turin.

However, it looks like the Wales star, who played over 250 Premier League games for Arsenal, may well be on his way out of the Old Lady just one year into his deal.

Also, Juventus are looking to release players like Gonzalo Higuain, Sami Khedira, Daniele Rugani and Mattia De Sciglio, the report states.

A comeback to the Premier League would be the most likely move for Ramsey, who established himself as a fan favourite at his time at the Emirates Stadium.

And some Gunners fans have urged Arsenal to make a move for their former midfielder.

One tweeted: “You are always welcome to come back to Arsenal, we want you. Ramsey the Gunners  legend.”

Another wrote: “Return back home Ramsey! I like you more than Coutinho.”
