Newly-promoted Leeds United have completed the signing of highly-rated forward Sam Greenwood from Arsenal.
The 19-year-old joined the Gunners from Sunderland in 2018, and a year later he signed his first professional deal.
Greenwood struck six goals in 22 games for Arsenal’s under-18 and under-23 sides last season, but he now moves to Elland Road in search of more first-team opportunities.
“Everyone at Arsenal would like to thank Sam for his contribution during his time with us and wish him all the best at Leeds United.” Arsenal wrote.
