Jack Grealish has given Arsenal fans another reason to dream about a possible summer transfer.
The Aston Villa captain started his first for England at Euro 2020 against Czech Republic and it didn’t take long for Grealish to make his impact.
The 25-year-old produced a piece of magic where he crossed the ball and put it on a plate for Raheem Sterling to head home and put the Three Lions 1-0 up in their final Group D match.
Sterling netted his second goal of the tournament for his country to send England fans into ecstasy, but there were plenty of plaudits for Grealish as well, who again has caught the attention of Arsenal fans on Twitter.
The Villa star has also been linked with a move to Manchester City and Manchester United this summer after a fine campaign for the Midlands club.
Former Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas sent Grealish a slight warning that joining one of the two Manchester clubs could frustrate him in terms of how often he plays.
“In the specific case of Grealish, this has been his first big season where everyone outside Aston Villa talks about him,” Fabregas wrote in his Telegraph column.
“I don’t know what his future will be, but there could potentially be a big move for him, so he needs to show he is ready for any situation.
If he did move to a Manchester City or Manchester United, nobody would guarantee that Jack Grealish will start every single game and these kinds of clubs will be looking to see that he is ready to compete.
“It’s similar for [Jadon] Sancho and these players, like him and Grealish, can have very important tournaments for England, even if it is off the bench to start with.”
